Prof. Young had many friends and colleagues!\u00a0 I thought I would name some of these extraordinary calligraphers here on my web site.\u00a0 As time marches on many of his friends and associates have sadly passed away.\u00a0 Some names that come to mind: Prof. Leon (Long-Yien) Chang, Sat-Kon Wong (former general in Chinese Army), Prof. I-Chao Chu, Sing Chi Ng, Ging Wei Lee, Andrew Ho (former principal of New York Chinese School), William Sun, Yat-Chang Lam, Kwong-Wai Mui, Jeanette (Chen-Yu) Hsu, George C.J. Huang (former general in Chinese Army), Wun Young Chu, Betty Fung (former Hong Kong actress)\u00a0 and Prof. Fred (Fang-Yu) Wang just to name a few.\u00a0 Many of these people were members of the (ACCA) Association of Chinese Calligraphy in America<\/strong>.\u00a0 I had the pleasure to meet with these fine calligraphers & painters and socializing with them while studying with Pro. Young.\u00a0 The two former Chinese generals were very good friends and would always be together: George C.J. Huang and Sat-Kon Wong.\u00a0 I own a couple of pieces of calligraphy written by Sat-Kon Wong.<\/p>\n
